Point C Construction and Mechanical was officially opened in May 2022, but was a dream for many years before that. After much discussion and encouragement from his wife, they decided to take the plunge into small business ownership. While Mike is out working in the field, his wife Kerri is running the bookkeeping and client communications from home. It turns out it was the perfect time to start the business, they hit the ground running and have been busy ever since.
Michael Loder
Owner - Mike started in appliance delivery and soon moved to appliance installation. It didn’t take him long to build on that knowledge and start working in construction, focusing on remodels. He has worked in construction for 15 years and has learned the plumbing side from his father-in-law who is a Master Plumber.
Kerry Callison
Master Plumber and Consultant or as we like to call him Obi-Wan. He has worked in the plumbing industry for 50 years and there isn’t a plumbing problem he can’t fix or a solution he can’t design. He is “technically” retired but didn’t want to abandon his long time customers so we are hoping to help him with that and get him on a sandy beach soon.
