Point C Construction & Mechanical is a Greater Seattle contractor built from the ground up by a husband-and-wife team who believed that construction could be done better — with honest pricing, real communication, and work that speaks for itself.

Our Story

Point C Construction & Mechanical officially opened in May 2022 — but the dream had been growing for years before that.

Mike runs the field operations — estimating, coordinating, and working alongside the crew on every project. Kerri runs everything behind the scenes: bookkeeping, client communications, scheduling, and making sure no detail falls through the cracks. It's a true partnership, and clients feel that from the first call to the final walkthrough.

    Not every job is a full remodel. We handle appliance installs, mechanical work, plumbing, and smaller repairs with the same care as our bigger projects. Licensed, reliable, and easy to schedule.
